Clean rooms, fridge stocked with free cold water, and the self-serve pastry options at breakfast really hit the spot.

Strong smell of silicon sealant lingered in the room, requiring open windows to air it out, and parking spaces felt tight. only seven spots available which could be inconvenient for larger groups. Cramped quarters in some rooms make getting around a bit of a challenge, and lack of a reliable ironing board was a letdown.

Wi-Fi worked great, loved the flat-screen TV and air conditioning in the room. Limited parking was an issue.

Modern room with a fantastic shower and a big TV made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a tempting variety, albeit the quality varied. Location is convenient, just a short stroll to downtown. Parking was limited, so prepare accordingly. Staff was friendly and always ready to help!

Upon arrival, the staff was unaccommodating and unfriendly, failing to honor my request for a room with a double bed and instead providing one with three single beds. This made the space feel cramped, requiring me to navigate around the beds awkwardly. Additionally, the room had persistent maintenance issues, including a leaking bathroom faucet, which took away from the overall comfort of my stay.

The spacious bath was a highlight of my stay, along with the reliable WiFi and effective air conditioning. The room was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Plus, the breakfast was a great way to start the day with plenty of options to choose from.

The Smart Room was decent. Super comfy mattress and really clean, which is always a plus. The Wi-Fi worked great, and I loved the complimentary bottled water. Only downside was the bed sheets—they felt a bit stiff and noisy when moving around. Also, the shower was nice with good pressure. Definitely a solid choice for a night in Patras!

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed felt incredibly comfortable. Breakfast had a variety for everyone, whether you loved traditional dishes or delicious sweets. It was convenient being close to the train station, providing easy access to the city center.

However, the bed sheets feel uncomfortably stiff, making sleep a bit noisy, and the air conditioning could be louder than desired. The free Wi-Fi connection is notably reliable, which kept me connected throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the breakfast variety which felt homemade! The spacious room was a delight. Unfortunately, the heating made the first night a bit warm.

Recommend it for a group getaway

We booked 3 rooms for the carnival weekend and had a lovely stay! the staff was super welcoming and friendly, helping us with everything we needed, especially when we found some local beer waiting for us in our rooms.

It wasn't the cheapest option around, but still acceptable.
